I first learnt about Kinesiology in 2020, when I had sessions to help me and my children. I have witnessed the benefits that it has given us over the years with learning difficulties and ADHD, nutritional support, recognition of food sensitivities, to helping with loss and bereavement.

Fascinated by the help that Kinesiology can bring I decided to train as a kinesiologist in 2022 so that I could help other people, children and families.

I love the fact that each session is so different depending on the needs of the client, and the style of therapy that they are drawn to. Kinesiology offers a fusion of ancient knowledge- Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chakra balancing with modern practices such as EFT (emotional Freedom Techniques- tapping) bioresonance and music therapy, relaxation and breathing techniques.

I have over 20years experience in working with children, young people and families in education, care and healthcare settings.
